If you answered yes to any of these questions, then the Centre For Business Mentoring Program is for you!

The Centre For Business Mentoring Program:

What is Mentoring?
Mentoring is an interaction between two committed individuals, a Mentor and a Mentee, who come together to learn from each other.  During the mentoring process, they begin to see the world differently, and new possibilities and solutions emerge.

This dynamic program connects new business entrepreneurs with experienced business professionals and offers:

  • Rapid-fire brainstorming, new ideas and possibilities
  • Energy, enthusiasm and fresh insights
  • Sound advice and objective, honest feedback
  • Timely, real-business problem solving
  • Contacts, resources, sharing and networking in a supportive environment
  • Professional and personal growth and innovation

The program runs for ten months and consists of two components:

1. One-on-One Mentoring

  • 3 hours per month
  • Identify and work through important Mentee business issues

2. Monthly Roundtable Discussions

  • 2 hours per month, all Mentors and Mentees together
  • Round-table, peer-driven discussions on business topics
  • Featuring Guest Speaker presentation and Challenge Questions
